Catching up

Wow…have I been delinquent. Almost five weeks now since I have put something up here. Oh well, guess I have a lot of catching up to do.
So the last month has been really strange and interesting. I’ve made a couple of decisions. First, I am way too busy to enjoy myself. Seventeen credits, a part time job, and running the Outdoors Club is simply too much. So I’m only going to take 12 or 13 credits next semester. Better to have few classes and actually learn something than pound through material in five or six classes and remember nothing.
Second, I am too poor to go to China for the summer. I still plan to study there for at least a semester, and preferably a year…but unless Prof. Tang’s research project pans out I will not be going back till the end of the summer.
What else…plans for Red Rocks in March are looking good. Finally, a chance to get out and do some real climbing. Enough of this single pitch stuff! Also got the Telluride Mountainfilm Festival coming up on November 10th…go to www.proartstickets.org and get tickets! It is going to be an awesome show!.
That’s pretty much my life in a paragraph. I’ll try to get another update on here in a week or so.
