Canoecopia and Back Again

This weekend we drove all the way to Wisconsin for Canoecopia, where we tried on a bunch of gear. We met representatives from Kokatat and Current Designs as well as many other gear companies and outfitters and publications. We spent plenty of time with the Kokatat gang getting fitted for drysuits, pfds, etc, and are very grateful for the time they spent in matching us with the right softgoods.

Everyone was super helpful, patient, and friendly. On the way back to Colorado, we swung by Winona, Minnesota to pick up our kayaks by Current Designs. As I write this, the kayaks are still wrapped in protective plastic cradled on our new roof rack.
