Tue – 4 – ran 4 miles at race pace
Wed – 2 – ran 2 miles at sub-race pace

Sat – xtrain – attempted to summit Hallett, made it to the boulderfield approaching the summit of flattop (see post Skiing Flattop Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park)
Sun – Race Pace 5k – did not do it :(

I’ve been really bad with my running this week.  I missed that Sunday 5k, then I skipped my run yesterday because of horribly cold, windy weather.

Mon – Stretch/Strengthen
Tue – 4.5 – skipped due to weather I was not willing to run in.
Wed – 3 – ran 4.5 miles today, planning on 4.5 for tomorrow.
