Tue – 3.5… I was tired from a weekend of climbing, running, and hot-pepper eating, but I did my run this morning.
Wed – 2… Yesterday, I ran 2 miles and then went skiing with Phil and Lou.
Thu – 3.5… I am bumping this to Friday due to the epic ski yesterday
